The expertise is in the company
Lappland Guldprospektering aims to develop Stortjärnhobben into a producing gold mine. Progress, choices and next steps need to be clear along the way.
CEO Fredrik Johansson and the team lead the exploration. The geologists assess the results. Chair Tomas Björklund and the board set the direction.

We bring disclosure advice and MAR together with review, writing and design. The company contributes its expertise and decisions. We work the material through to a finished delivery.
So that people outside the business can understand the work behind it.
Judgement in practice
An investor needs to distinguish what has been measured from what remains uncertain. Here is how that distinction became clearer in a published announcement.
Precision in language
“wide zone”
“The reported intervals refer to drill-hole length.”
The length is measured along the drill hole. The true width of the mineralisation has not yet been established. Stating both helps the reader interpret the result.
Short excerpts from two versions, translated from Swedish.

The meaning of the measurement appears alongside the result.

One preliminary interval length did not add up.
A result the reader can check.
Sample lengths and length-weighted averages can be checked against the published table and appendix. All 35 sample lengths and four weighted intervals match in our arithmetic check.
The before text summarises the draft. The arithmetic check is separate from PCS.

The table explains the full zone and its sub-intervals.

Assessment and methodology ↗What the results support, grounded in the geologists’ assessments.
What is still unknown, made clear where it matters to the reader.
How the information should be classified, when it should be disclosed and who needs to decide.
The example reflects the company’s contributions, geological review and Pinecap’s editorial work. Geological assessments remain with the company and its geologists.
Keeping the story connected
