Magnus coordinates the work with management and your specialists. We bring together the source material, review the message and complete the agreed communication, with continuity between each delivery.

What the continuing engagement covers

- Announcements and PCS review
- Quarterly reporting and the CEO statement
- Annual reports and year-end reporting
- IR presentations and AGM material
- Preparation for capital raising
- Maintenance of the shared factual record, Evidence Spine
- MAR support and market monitoring

Scope, availability and responsibilities

Before starting, we agree priorities, expected workload, timelines and who contributes what. Production, specialist input and additional assignments are specified in the scope. We agree handling of time-critical work in advance. The company and its experts own the factual assessments and publication decisions.

30-day guarantee and contract terms

The initial contract term is six months, with three-month extensions and two months’ notice. During the first 30 days, you can cancel without giving a reason and receive the full first monthly fee back. The material remains yours. Fees are paid monthly in advance. A refund under the guarantee is made within ten banking days.
